Conditioned 5.5-6/10 there’s a lot to talk about. These bottom teeth plating were removed due to wear which can fixed or even replaced with a properly vibrammed sole which I think is the better call and better look.
The left shoe interior heelbacking needs to be padded by your shoe cobbler that can fix this to perfection. I think total will cost you about 75$ to get it to near perfection together. Zippers are fine, right side of the shoe teeth plating is the same way and will be provided to choose what you want to do with it. Otherwise the shoe is wearable and shown a lot of character because of these things
